Based in Young, in the Hilltops region of NSW, the company is led by Matthew and Brady Hardy. They have in excess of 40 years of combined experience in the transport, construction and mining services industries.

Our Director, Management Team and our Employees continually aspire to achieve the highest level of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Assurance performance across all aspects of our operations and in every project, we are involved with.

Our desire to consistently enhance and improve upon our already reputable project delivery and performance standards lies at the core of all Makekadi's business activities and inspires the work ethic of every employee within the company.

Our team of specialists have come from companies that Matthew and Brad have either managed or contracted for, and have been hand-picked by Matthew and Brad to hold the same values and dedication to achieving practical and cost-effective solutions for our customers.

We are committed to fostering our core workforce that is experienced, versatile, competent and motivated. Most importantly, we strive to ensure that every employee feels valued as an integral part of the organization.

We take pride in the broad skill base of our workforce, which encompasses supervisors trained in Certificate IV Frontline Management, operators with Certificate III qualifications in both Surface Coal Mining and Civil Construction, and trade qualified maintenance personnel.

All of our people are provided with the opportunity to engage in ongoing professional development and gain nationally recognised qualifications.
